What material is your jewelry made of?

Aramele jewelry is crafted from high-quality Brass and finished with a thick layer of 18k gold plating.
Many designs feature natural stones carefully selected for their color and character.
All pieces are nickel-free and lead-free, ensuring comfort and durability.
Our earring posts are made from surgical-grade stainless steel, safe for sensitive ears.

 

💛 How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your Aramele piece shining beautifully, avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and sweat, as these can dull the gold finish over time.
When not in use, store your jewelry in a soft pouch or box, away from moisture and sunlight, to protect it from scratches and fading.

 

🌿 Return Policy

We want you to love your Aramele piece — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused

  • In its original packaging with tags attached

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

  • All international orders will be responsible for their return shipping.

To start a return, simply email us at sales@aramele.com.
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request can’t be accepted.


💛 Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at sales@aramele.com.so we can make it right.


🚫 Exceptions

We’re unable to accept returns on custom-made or personalized items, as these are made uniquely for you.


🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return your current item and then place a new order once your return is approved.


🎁 Prefer Store Credit?

Prefer to shop for something else? Choose store credit instead of a refund — and we’ll add a 20% bonus to your credit amount as a thank-you.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Each Aramele piece is handmade with care. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

 

✈️ Shipping from Istanbul, Turkey

All orders are shipped from our Istanbul studio, where each piece is carefully packaged and inspected before dispatch.

We currently ship to most international destinations, including the USA, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.

Delivery times vary by region:

  • Turkey: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 5–9 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

(Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout or announced on our website.

Prices shown on our website do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Aramele is not liable for any additional costs or delays caused by customs processing.
