After placing your order, send us the name you'd like engraved along with your preferred font style. If no font is specified, we'll use our default script. Orders are typically dispatched within 7–12 business days.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is any issue with your order.

We’re unable to accept returns on custom-made or personalized items, as these are made uniquely for you.
If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return your current item and then place a new order once your return is approved.
Prefer to shop for something else? Choose store credit instead of a refund — and we’ll add a 20% bonus to your credit amount as a thank-you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
