After placing your order, send us the name or text you'd like along with your preferred font via order notes or message. If no font is specified, we'll use our signature script. Please share your personalization details promptly to avoid delays.
Each piece is made to order and ships within 10 days of receiving your personalization details. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as production begins immediately.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is any issue with your order.

We’re unable to accept returns on custom-made or personalized items, as these are made uniquely for you.
If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return your current item and then place a new order once your return is approved.
Prefer to shop for something else? Choose store credit instead of a refund — and we’ll add a 20% bonus to your credit amount as a thank-you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
