How to Order
Choose your preferred chain style, metal color, and length. Enter the name exactly as you would like it made in the personalization box , then double-check the spelling before adding it to your cart.
Production time is 10–12 business days. Personalized orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.

🌿 Return Policy
We want you to love your Aramele piece — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is any issue with your order.
To be eligible, your item must be:
Unworn or unused
In its original packaging with tags attached
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase- All international orders will be responsible for their return shipping.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request can’t be accepted.
💛 Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at sales@aramele.com. so we can make it right.

We’re unable to accept returns on custom-made or personalized items, as these are made uniquely for you.
🔄 Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return your current item and then place a new order once your return is approved.
