We want you to love your Aramele piece — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is any issue with your order.
To be eligible, your item must be:
Unworn or unused
In its original packaging with tags attached
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
- All international orders will be responsible for their return shipping.
To start a return, simply email us at sales@aramele.com.
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request can’t be accepted.
💛 Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at sales@aramele.com. so we can make it right.
🚫 Exceptions
We’re unable to accept returns on custom-made or personalized items, as these are made uniquely for you.
🔄 Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return your current item and then place a new order once your return is approved.

Prefer to shop for something else? Choose store credit instead of a refund — and we’ll add a 20% bonus to your credit amount as a thank-you.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
